If you decided to use an agent to manage your tax affairs, you can still use the business tax account and add services to monitor what’s happening in your account.Â
Â
Get the best out of your business tax accountÂ
To see all your taxes in the business tax account, you must use only one Government Gateway user ID. Do not create a new one. The one you use to sign into your business tax account must be the same one that you used to:Â
Â

Â
If you use more than one Government Gateway User IDs you may be able to align your tax registrations and online services to one ID., Find out how to add or cancel a business tax in your account.Â
Â
Find out how it worksÂ
The business tax account has 2 distinct areas:Â
Â
a top menu for managing your account, viewing secure messages and getting helpÂ
a business tax summary (or home page) to complete tasks relating to payments and returnsÂ
Â
Your summary will provide access to online tax services associated with the ID you signed in with. It displays a tax card for each tax that you have registered for with that ID. If your summary does not show all the taxes you have registered for you may be using a different Government Gateway ID, so you will need to:Â Â
check the credentials that you use to sign into your business taxesÂ
register for a tax from your business tax accountÂ
